Key Requirements:
Experience in US healthcare payment posting, ERA/EOB processing and payment reconciliation.
Ability to identify payment discrepancies, denials, underpayments and credit balances.
Familiarity with SIS Complete, Waystar or similar RCM systems preferred.
Solid numerical skills, attention to detail and computer proficiency.
Candidates with relevant medical billing experience or solid aptitude for learning may apply.
