We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Program Success Manager to join our team at Kidvento Education and Research.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain solid customer relationships through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Provide product training and help customers maximize the use of our solutions.
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify prospects for improvement.
Maintain customer records and manage CRM systems.
Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze customer data.
Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
Travel to client locations within the assigned region as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and an interest in learning CRM tools.
Willingness to travel to client locations.
