Business Analysis - Support to management in defining the Future Roadmap ( Based on Logically analysed reports like productivity and quality analysis )
Analysing the Productivity & Quality of Ongoing Projects
Support in Operation Management & Future Planning
Managing the different ongoing Engineering Innovation / Automation task related to Productivity & Quality Enhancement
Focus on Interface Management & Engineering Coordination




Managing the implementation of innovation tasks on ongoing & future projects.
