Role & responsibilities
Manage and supervise preventive, breakdown, and electrical maintenance activities for foundry equipment, machinery, and utility systems to ensure maximum equipment availability.
Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules, identify abnormalities, and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
Drive breakdown reduction by implementing CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and implement repair and maintenance (R&M;) and power cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure identification, analysis, and closure of unsafe conditions, maintaining electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.
Implement productivity and safety Kaizens, targeting two improvements per month, to enhance operational efficiency, workplace safety, and equipment performance.
