Job Opening: Sales Associate/Sales Representative

Salary Offered: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Company

Ecostructures Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of Hollow Bricks and Pole Factories in Ranchi.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation: Generate sales orders by targeting construction sites, railway projects, and other major development sites.

Client & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules and manage client relationships to ensure timely fulfilment and collection of payments.

Daily Reporting: Maintain and send Daily Status Reports (DSR) strictly on a daily basis to the Head Office (HO)



via WhatsApp or Official Email.

Target Achievement: Focus on primary sales target achievement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in construction material sales.

Core Skills:

Strong negotiation and good sales acumen.

Effective customer handling and client relationship building.

Leadership skills.

Valuable communication skills.
