About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Intern to support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of operational and client projects.

What you’ll be doing:
Assisting with project planning, timeline management, and milestone tracking
Maintaining project documentation and preparing status reports for internal and client stakeholders
Following up on action items and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
Identifying risks, dependencies, and process gaps across ongoing projects
Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and support implementation of operational systems and tools
Contributing to continuous improvement efforts across projects





What We’re Looking For
Strong project planning and coordination skills
Good analytical ability, interpreting data, identifying gaps, recommending solutions
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Interest in operations, business systems, or process optimisation
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or Notion is a plus
