:We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager/Senior Manager with solid expertise in real estate, M&A;, debt investments, and corporate law. Prior experience with a reputed law firm is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage investment, divestment, and debt transactions across India.
Conduct legal due diligence and land title verification.
Provide legal advisory support to business teams.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
Manage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel.
Ensure compliance with corporate, securities, foreign exchange, and relevant real estate laws.

Requirement
Law graduate; CS/CA qualification is an advantage.
8 to12 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a reputed law firm.
Robust expertise in M&A;, private equity, debt investments, and real estate.
Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
