Hiring Requirement – Quality Head (Forging Plant)
Position: Quality Head
Industry: Auto Components / Forging
Experience: 15–20 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Knowledge of forging processes, CNC machining, and heat treatment.
Handling customer audits, supplier quality, and customer complaints.
Implementation of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
Managing the quality team and ensuring continuous improvement.
Monitoring rejection, rework, PPM, and corrective/preventive actions.
Ensuring compliance with customer-specific quality requirements.
Preferred Candidate: Experienced in an automobile forging or auto-component manufacturing plant. Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
