Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects from planning through project completion.
Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams for seamless project execution.
Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain meeting minutes with action plans.
Identify project risks, monitor critical issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Monitor resource allocation and support project managers in optimizing project performance.




Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Coordinate approvals, documentation, and project close-out activities.
Support contract administration and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an Electrical engineering discipline.
10–12 years of experience in industrial construction or EPC projects.
Proven experience in project planning, project coordination, and project management.
Robust understanding of project execution methodologies and construction processes.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
