Prepare project schedules, work plans, and execution timelines.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against project targets.
Prepare progress reports, MIS reports, and project dashboards.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers to ensure timely execution.
Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and resources according to project requirements.
Track progress of 11kV & LT underground cable laying, RMU installation and commissioning, and FSP/MSP works.
Identify project delays, analyze execution constraints, and support corrective action planning.
Maintain project progress records, look-ahead plans, and updated schedules.
Coordinate with billing and execution teams to reconcile planned versus actual progress.
