Hariansh Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior FEA Engineer with robust expertise in explicit dynamic simulations using ANSYS LS-DYNA and Abaqus/Explicit. The candidate will be responsible for performing advanced finite element analysis, evaluating structural response under dynamic loading conditions, and delivering technically sound simulation results.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using ANSYS LS-DYNA and Abaqus/Explicit.
Conduct explicit energetic simulations involving impact, crash, collision, drop, and other transient loading conditions.
Develop and validate finite element models, including geometry preparation, meshing, contacts, and boundary conditions.
Define appropriate material models, nonlinear properties, and failure criteria.
Perform nonlinear structural analysis and interpret simulation results.
Troubleshoot convergence, contact, element distortion, and simulation stability issues.
Conduct post-processing, result interpretation, and technical report preparation.
Validate simulation results against available experimental data, analytical calculations, or engineering requirements.
Coordinate with design and engineering teams to provide simulation-based recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
5–10 years of relevant experience in FEA and explicit agile simulations.
Hands-on experience with ANSYS LS-DYNA and Abaqus/Explicit.
Robust understanding of nonlinear finite element methods and structural mechanics.
Knowledge of material modelling, contact algorithms, impact mechanics, and failure analysis.
Experience with pre-processing and post-processing tools such as ANSA, HyperMesh, ANSYS Mechanical, or equivalent tools.
Ability to independently execute simulations and prepare technical reports.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
Material failure, damage modelling, and energy absorption analysis.
Model validation and optimization.
