Key Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and manage Life Mitra (Insurance Advisors) in the assigned area.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Life Mitra and customers.

Train, guide, and motivate Life Mitra to achieve business targets.

Generate current business opportunities through networking and field activities.

Support the team in achieving insurance sales and premium targets.

Monitor team performance and ensure business growth.

Conduct field visits and recruitment activities to expand the business network.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification as per company guidelines.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in sales, recruitment, and team management.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply,
