In your role as Sr. Full Stack Engineer, you will:
Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams
Design web applications with cloud backend that can scale with the business growth of Kohler Ventures
Build the forward-looking vision and lead the effort to understand and drive requirements with hardware/software teams.
Coordinate with product development teams to execute rollout/adoption of common libraries, services, and patterns.
Measurably improve code normalization across one or more critical code concerns throughout the codebase

Required Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of skilled software development experience.
Proficiency in programming languages JavaScript, TypeScript. NodeJS.
Solid understanding of REST API design and microservices architecture.
Experience with PostgreSQL databases.




Demonstrated understanding of web application security.
Experience with Frontend frame NextJS, ReactJS.
Experience with CSS frameworks and tools such as sass
Implement responsive designs for various devices and screen resolutions
Availability to work outside of standard business hours as needed to be able to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.
Ability to travel 10% of time both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications
Technical experience in systems engineering at scale with regards to testing, reliability, security, and observability.
Champion for quality in code, processes, and culture.
Solid ability to communicate complex technical and management information clearly and concisely.
