Key Responsibilities
Achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
Assist the Chief Engineer in managing M&E; scope of projects to ensure quality and deliverables within stipulated time.
Support the management of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and all Civil maintenance within the facility.




Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M&E; installations and manage downtime and breakdowns.

Requirements

Requirements
Education: BE (Electrical).
Experience: 2+ years in facility management and experience of handling UPS, PAC, DC rooms, Fire systems, DG, transformers, and HVAC equipment.
Experience leading teams of minimum 10 technicians or supervisors.
Readiness to work in shifts.
