Required Skills & Competencies
Engineering qualification – B.E./B.Tech. preferred.
4–5 years of experience in an engineering/EPC/manufacturing/project-oriented organization.
Good understanding of engineering terminology and ability to read technical documents.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with senior clients, vendors and consultants.
Ability to connect quickly with current people and adapt to current environments.
Strong personality with qualified etiquette and maturity.
Ability to initiate conversations.
Good listening and questioning skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements even when the discussion is not deeply technical.
Good presentation and meeting-management skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office,
PowerPoint, Excel and professional email communication & updated with use of Social Media platform.
Willingness to travel with CMD for client meetings, exhibitions, seminars and project-related visits.
