Role & responsibilities
Design application architecture, database schemas, APIs, and reusable components.
Implement workflows, approvals, role-based access, audit trails, reporting, and business rules.
Integrate applications with third-party services, payment platforms, and other enterprise systems.
Improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
Write automated tests, review code, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience delivering and maintaining business applications used in day-to-day operations.
Robust knowledge of up-to-date PHP, object-oriented programming, and maintainable software design.
Robust SQL skills and experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, transactions, and query optimization.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating external systems.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, input validation, and secure handling of sensitive data.
Experience with automated testing, Git, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend integration.
