Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Indore.
Planning, organizing, and overseeing end-to-end delivery of digital projects such as websites, web apps, ecommerce platforms, and mobile products.
Daily activities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, defining technical requirements, and monitoring progress against milestones.
Facilitate communication between design, development, QA, and clients, resolve risks and issues, and ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
Preparing project documentation, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Should be technically solid with coding skills and client handling end to end.





Qualifications
Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to oversee multiple concurrent digital projects and drive successful delivery.
Effective Team Leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage client expectations.
Robust analytical skills to interpret requirements, assess risks, solve complex problems, and make data-informed decisions.
Experience with software development lifecycles, agile or hybrid methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are an advantage.
Proven experience managing technical or digital product projects in a technology, design, or agency environment.
Ability to work in office in Indore, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting, and maintain a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
