About the Role

Real Time Applications Center (RTAC) is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise-grade software solutions. The role offers opportunities to work across web applications, mobile platforms, backend services, and integrated systems, particularly within banking, financial services, and other business domains.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance software applications across web, mobile, and backend environments.
Implement business logic, APIs, and integrations to support enterprise application workflows.
Work with databases, external services, and existing systems to deliver reliable solutions.
Write maintainable, effective code following established development standards.
Analyse technical issues, troubleshoot defects, and optimise application performance.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.

Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of qualified experience in software development.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Practical experience developing web applications, mobile applications, or backend services.
Knowledge of APIs, database technologies, system integrations, and debugging.
Familiarity with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
Experience with banking, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software is an advantage.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
