JD FOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER ROLE (Customer Success)

Major Responsibilities
Collaborate with global customers and take responsibility to ensure on-time delivery. This broadly covers various aspects in the cycle including installation, trainings, and client support.
Must be able to provide product trainings and resolve bugs issues on Freshdesk ticketing and JIRA platform.
Design the BI report template using BIRT eclipse, and tableau dashboard.
Connect with cross functional teams internally to drive effective customer engagements and support resolutions.

Technical skills and competencies
Hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. ( outstanding advantage )
Good understanding of Windows and Linux environment with basic commands knowledge.




Comfortable with eclipse BIRT report designing tool.
Ability to understand BI data analytics reporting and trends.
Basic Knowledge of Javascript.
Knowledge in writing SQL queries is a plus.

Essential Requirements
Around 5 years of collaboration and experience required in a client facing technical setting.
Must be technically strong with good analytical skills.
Must be flexible working in global time zones on a need basis.
Robust written and verbal communication / interpersonal skills.
