Role & responsibilities
Candidate should have sound knowledge of residential, Infra & Plotted Development Projects.
Developing and implementing all standers QA/QC processes such as creating quality control plans, inspection checklists, MIS, Material testing Lab, and other documentation needed to ensure consistent quality.
Ongoing work inspections and tests, perform various tests and inspections of ongoing work & material, identify defects or deviations from standards & closure on such observations.
Should have knowledge of all the construction standards & IS codes.
Should coordinate with all the contractors & vendors for quality control of ongoing work.
Candidate should have sound knowledge of day-to-day construction work.
Prepare and present QAQC project reports such as MIS, prepare detailed reports on quality performance for management review.
