Hayat International is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter with robust expertise in GCC recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting candidates for Gulf countries, particularly in healthcare and other industry sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC countries, including Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bahrain.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates according to client requirements.
Handle bulk recruitment and urgent overseas hiring requirements.
Coordinate client interviews, candidate assessments, and selection processes.
Maintain robust communication with candidates, clients, and overseas recruitment partners.




Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Coordinate documentation, offer letters, visa processing, and deployment with the concerned teams.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable overseas recruitment regulations.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of suitable candidates.
Guide junior recruiters and support the recruitment team in achieving business goals.
