User Experience Design
Study user requirements and business processes.
Design intuitive user journeys and workflows.
Improve usability of applications and dashboards.
Interface Design
Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces.
Create consistent design standards and style guides.
Design interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Dashboard Visualization Design
Design executive dashboards and analytical views.
Develop visual representations of key indicators.
Ensure easy interpretation of data by decision-makers.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Prepare wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
Conduct user reviews and improve designs based on feedback.
Support software developers during implementation.
Accessibility & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Government accessibility standards.
Improve user accessibility and navigation.
Support multilingual interface design where required.
Design Documentation
Maintain UI/UX standards documentation.
Prepare design specifications and user flow diagrams.
Preferred candidate profile Min 8 years experience in UI/UX design. Wireframing, prototyping, responsive web design, dashboard visualization, usability testing, accessibility, tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Govt dashboard design preferred.
Graduate / Post Graduate in Design, HCI, CS, IT, Fine Arts, Multimedia
