Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of construction milestones.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage labour, materials, equipment, and other site resources efficiently.
Monitor structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing activities.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control at every stage of construction.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Verify quantities, measurements,



BOQs, contractor bills, and material requirements.
Control material wastage, construction costs, and rework.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable building regulations.
Identify and resolve technical issues and coordinate with management for timely decisions.
Supervise snag rectification and ensure quality completion of villa units.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
