Hiring: Geologist Manager & Geologists PSP Project

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Geologist Managers and Geologists for a Pumped Storage Project (PSP). The candidates will be responsible for geological investigations, mapping, excavation support, rock mass assessment and geological monitoring during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct geological mapping, investigations and site inspections.
Assess rock/soil conditions and prepare geological logs and reports.
Monitor geological conditions during tunnelling, excavation and underground works.
Carry out rock mass classification and identify geological risks.
Support tunnel, cavern, dam and other major excavation works.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction and Site teams on geological issues.
Review geological data, drawings and investigation reports.




Recommend appropriate measures for geological and excavation-related challenges.
Maintain geological records and project documentation.

Candidate Profile:
Degree/M.Sc. in Geology / Applied Geology / Engineering Geology.
Relevant experience in Hydropower / PSP / Tunnelling / Underground Construction / Large Infrastructure Projects.
Solid knowledge of geological mapping, rock mechanics and underground excavation.
Positive communication, analytical and site coordination skills.
Candidates with experience in tunnels, caverns, underground powerhouse and dam projects will be preferred.
Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Geologist Manager: 12–20+ years
Geologist: 5–12 years
