Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Requirements:
Any graduate; MBA in HR is preferred.
Hospital or diagnostic industry experience is mandatory.
Experience in clinical hiring, especially X-Ray Technicians, will be an added advantage.
Positive communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
