Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
Assist US and UK customers with queries and concerns.
Maintain skilled communication and customer satisfaction.
Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile English fluency, listening comprehension, customer-handling skills, and flexibility for rotational shifts.
