Role Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer / Technical Marketing Writer who can create both technical documentation and customer-facing marketing content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into transparent, engaging, and business-friendly content for internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, architecture documents, and Confluence pages.
Develop solution briefs, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and marketing collateral.
Create content for presentations, proposals, demos, and client-facing materials.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to gather and validate technical information.




Translate technical features into business value and customer perks.
Ensure consistency in messaging, terminology, formatting, and branding across all content.

Preferred Skills:
Solid technical writing and content development expertise.
Experience with Confluence, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
Understanding of Data, Cloud, AI, and Enterprise Technologies is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
