Role & responsibilities :
Source and screen candidates from job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media, and internal databases.
Understand US job requirements and match suitable candidates.
Communicate with candidates via calls and emails to explain job roles and prospects.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and company policies.
Build and maintain skilled relationships with candidates.





Preferred candidate profile
Education: Bachelors Degree in Science or Commerce stream (Can be Computer Science, Clinical, Bio, Commerce, Human Resources etc.)
Experience: experienced Recruiters with excellent communication skills required.
Shift Requirement: Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).
Communication: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Must have basic to moderate computer knowledge (Typing, MS Office, Email).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven setting.
Team player with a positive attitude.
