Experience: 2–5 years in sales, preferably in fitness, luxury hospitality, or premium services.

Physique Ascension Club is looking for a confident, target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in closing sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

You will be responsible for driving membership sales, converting leads into paying members, managing client follow-ups, and contributing to the club's overall revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of gym memberships, personal training packages, and other club services.
Handle incoming enquiries, walk-in prospects, and digital leads.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
Conduct club tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and services.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and billing details in the CRM.
Build solid relationships with existing and prospective members.




Handle client objections professionally and negotiate deals within approved pricing limits.
Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Support the sales team and help improve overall conversion rates.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, real estate, or premium customer-facing services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
Skilled appearance, positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
