Role Description
Lead and manage a team of US recruiters supporting MSP/VMS clients.
Drive team performance through KPI accountability and delivery excellence.
Oversee resume screening, candidate qualification, and submissions.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview processes.




Handle offer management, negotiations, and candidate onboarding.
Monitor and maintain recruitment metrics, productivity reports, and hiring dashboards.
Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements while meeting SLAs and hiring targets.
Coach and mentor recruiters to improve performance and achieve business goals.

Proven track record of driving KPIs, recruiter productivity, and placements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
