CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS REQUIRED

Monthly Salary: USD 1,800 to 2,500

Job Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from commencement to completion.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and site safety.
Lead and coordinate engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
Manage client communication, progress meetings, risk assessments, and project reporting.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of relevant construction project management experience, with proven project leadership capability.
Robust knowledge of project planning,



budgeting, construction methods, and contract management.
Previous experience in resort or hotel construction projects is preferred.
Maldives construction experience is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

GENERAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6+ years of relevant qualified experience in the respective position.
Candidates with experience in reputed resort and hospitality construction projects will be given preference.
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage assigned construction responsibilities independently.
Candidates must be prepared to work in the Maldives.
Relevant educational qualifications and skilled experience are required for the respective positions.
