Handle domestic client requirements and recruit candidates as per the clients’ specified experience criteria.
Source candidates for domestic IT and Non-IT requirements.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen candidates for experience, salary expectations, and availability.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
Manage multiple job requirements and maintain candidate databases.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Ability to handle domestic client requirements and source candidates according to specified experience levels.
