About The Role The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for generating high quality leads for luxury real estate projects through various sourcing channels including brokers, channel partners, and direct client networks.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage lead generation channels (brokers, CPs, referrals, digital)
Build a robust network of channel partners and real estate consultants
Generate qualified leads in the luxury segment (HNI/UHNI clients)
Conduct initial client discussions and requirement mapping
Share qualified leads with the closing team for conversion
Track lead quality and conversion efficiency

Key Requirements
4–8 years of experience in real estate sourcing or channel sales
Solid broker/channel partner network in Mumbai




Good understanding of luxury real estate market
Robust networking and relationship-building skills
