Role Description:

The role involves managing statutory compliance and tax-related activities, including preparing and reviewing tax returns, supporting statutory audits, and ensuring timely filings with relevant authorities. The Executive will maintain accurate financial and tax records, assist in the interpretation of tax laws and regulations, and support internal teams with compliance queries.

Key Responsibilities
Handle GST compliance, including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and reconciliations
Manage direct taxation, including TDS, advance tax, and ITR filings
Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns, declarations, and payments
Support and coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
Prepare and maintain audit schedules, documentation, and reconciliations
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Track compliance deadlines through calendars and MIS reports




Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure proper implementation
Maintain statutory records, filings, and supporting documents
Assist in year-end closing and financial reporting activities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
2 years of experience in Taxation
Robust hands-on experience in:

GST filings and compliance TDS and income tax (ITR)

Audit support (statutory/tax audits)
Candidates with CA Inter pursuing/ CMA Inter pursuing / Articleship experience/Bcom/Mcom can also be considered
Good understanding of Indian tax laws and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and Excel
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
