Role & responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database to promote credit card products and generate sales leads.
Sales & Lead Generation: Identify customer requirements, explain card features, advantages, eligibility criteria, fees, and applicable charges, and convert leads into applications.
Customer Engagement: Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about credit card products and application procedures.
Application Processing: Guide interested customers through the application process and coordinate the collection of required documents and information.
Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead conversion, and credit card sourcing targets.
Lead Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to improve conversion rates and application completion.
Data Management: Maintain accurate call records, customer details, lead status,



and follow-up information in the designated system.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, customer consent requirements, data privacy guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. No misleading commitments or unauthorized collection of customer information.
Coordination: Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure timely processing of applications and resolution of customer queries.

Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented approach and ability to build rapport over the phone.
Target-driven mindset with a focus on sales conversion.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems.
Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
Skilled telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.
