Roles & Responsibilities
Handle Queries through Whatsapp Chat and Calls
Ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries and escalations.
Ability to convert the leads into sales and follow up them till delivery of the product
Valuable Communication Skills required
Must speak Hindi or English effectively

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Tech, and Operations teams to resolve recurring client pain points.
Escalate product or tech-related issues quickly with clear documentation.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Experience:
Customer support: 1 year (Required)
