Job Overview
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telesales Executives / Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining the company’s financial services, and converting potential customers into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.
Generate leads and identify potential customers for business loans and financial services.
Explain company products and services, including Business Loans, Working Capital, Term Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about available financial solutions.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Schedule meetings between clients and the sales team.
Maintain customer information, call records,
and lead details in the CRM or Excel sheet.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification:
Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
