Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience in manual software testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Solid understanding of the Core Banking domain and banking transaction workflows.
Experience testing core banking modules such as CASA (Current Account and Savings Account), deposits, fund transfers, payments, or loan processing.
Experience in preparing test cases, executing test scripts, and reporting defects.
Working knowledge of SQL queries for database validation and backend testing.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar tools.
Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Valuable analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
