CONSTRUCTION SPECIALISTS REQUIRED

Work Location: Maldives

Industry: Reputed Resort Construction Company

Selection Process: CV Shortlisting and Telephonic Interview

Position : Site Engineer

Vacancies: 10

Monthly Salary: USD 800 to 1000

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor site progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project team members.
Review construction drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
Prepare daily progress reports and ensure project schedules are maintained.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of relevant site engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site supervision.




Resort or hotel construction experience is preferred.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Monthly salary paid in USD.

GENERAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6+ years of relevant qualified experience in the respective position.
Candidates with experience in reputed resort and hospitality construction projects will be given preference.
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage assigned construction responsibilities independently.
Candidates must be prepared to work in the Maldives.
Relevant educational qualifications and qualified experience are required for the respective positions.
