Building a robust candidate pipeline for the companys present and future requirements.
Evaluating and refreshing an organizations talent data and potential needs.
Developing and executing successful strategies by working closely with the recruitment team.
Conveying the measurable and qualitative impact of their contributions across the organization.
Negotiating with chosen candidates to minimize the overall cost per hire.
Examining current market trends and forecasting the future workforce needs of the organization.
Cultivating enduring relationships with passive candidates through their connections.





Work Experience
Holder of a bachelors degree in administration, human resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in the (preferred industry type) sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of various recruitment methodologies,
Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Attentive to detail with robust time management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with the capacity to excel in agile environments.
