Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Readiness to travel within the region to drive sales local travel involved Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Responsible to generate and drive sales from the assigned territory
Responsible to appoint current dealers for the assigned territory
Achieving Sales target and mapping potential market
Conducting dealers meet to communicate about products and drive sales
Channel Development & Dealer satisfaction
Market study & research, competition benchmarking on an ongoing basis
Building relations with external customers like dealers, distributors. Revamp this line. Distributor/ sub dealer redressal
Ensure timely collections & payments from the distributors/channel partners.
Generating and monitoring ROI for all the dealers/distributors.
