Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 34 Accounts Receivable specialists.
Monitor the overall AR function, including collections, customer account management, and receivables performance.
Review team performance and ensure timely closure of outstanding receivables.
Drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce ageing.
Review customer ageing reports and ensure appropriate follow-up by the team.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and client representatives to resolve escalated issues.
Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and client SLAs.
Prepare and present AR dashboards, MIS reports, and collection updates to management.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities from an AR management perspective.
