Role & responsibilities
Lead the management and growth of portfolio of clients by providing end-to-end wealth management services, including financial planning, investment advisory, and portfolio management.
Provide comprehensive advice on various wealth management products, including AIFs, PMS, equity, debt, insurance, and alternative investments.
Conduct regular client reviews, performance updates, and risk assessments to align portfolios with financial goals. Identify and pursue new business prospects through an extensive client network, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Mentor and guide junior level wealth RMs by providing hands-on support, fostering their career development, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer
Develop and execute client strategies to maximize wallet share, ensure client satisfaction,



and achieve business growth.
Leverage the group's existing customer base e.g., CV/PV dealers & fleet owners; develop investment solutions within this captive base to deepen client relations & expand AUM
Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of experience in wealth management or private banking with experience of serving UHNI / HNI clients.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust client relationships and manage high-value portfolios.
Qualifications & Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate
Relevant certifications (NISM, AMFI, CFP) are highly preferred
