Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain the company's products and services clearly.
Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up reports.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to convert leads into customers.

Skills and Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Fluency in Tamil and basic English communication.
Confidence in speaking over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Positive listening, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
