Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and other sources.
Explain product features, offers, and services to potential customers.
Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and lead status.
Schedule customer meetings and appointments, wherever required.
Address basic customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Maintain skilled communication and ensure a positive customer experience

Skills
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
