We are looking for a confident Telecalling Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
Explain products/services and convince potential customers.
Maintain customer records and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience.
Positive English communication skills are mandatory.
Robust convincing and customer-handling skills.
Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Work Location: In-person Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
