We are looking for a Senior Workday Functional Testing Lead with 10+ years of software testing experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Workday testing experience.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in Workday functional testing.
Experience in test planning, test strategy, test cases, and execution.
Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
Solid knowledge of defect management and the complete testing lifecycle.
Experience testing Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Perks, Recruiting, or Financials.
Ability to lead testing activities, coordinate teams, and communicate with stakeholders.
Exposure to Workday integrations, reports, security, or data conversion testing is preferred.
Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
