Key Responsibilities
Identify current sales opportunities and generate leads in the secondary market.
Conduct field visits and cold calls to construction sites.
Build and maintain relationships with paint contractors, painters, and paint technicians.
Identify recent painters and contractors and onboard them to MRF Vapocure Paints.
Conduct customer meetings, painter meets, and shop meets in coordination with the sales team.
Carry out product sampling at customer sites.
Support product trials, demonstrations, and training activities.
Follow up on leads provided by the reporting supervisor and sales team.
Promote products across wood finishing, metal finishing, and wall finishes.

Required Skills
Understanding of paints, coatings, and paint product portfolios.
Knowledge of competing paint brands and products.
Valuable communication skills in the local language.
Knowledge of English and Hindi is an advantage.
Practical skills in paint spraying and the use of brushes and rollers for wall finishes.
Field sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
