Job Title: Store / Purchase Manager

Department: Stores & Purchase

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, receiving, storage, and issuing of materials.
Handle purchasing of food, beverages, housekeeping, engineering, and general supplies.
Identify reliable vendors and negotiate prices, quality, and payment terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain proper stock levels and monitor minimum/reorder levels.
Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock audits.
Coordinate with all departments for their material requirements and indents.
Monitor slow-moving, excess, and damaged/expired stock.
Ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO practices, and hygiene standards.




Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
Prepare purchase and inventory reports for management.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and internal control procedures.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of hotel procurement and inventory management.
Vendor negotiation and cost-control skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hotel experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
