Social Media Executive

Work Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and other social media content.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Write creative captions, posts and promotional content aligned with the brand.
Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives, videos and campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags and competitor activities.
Increase engagement, followers, reach and overall brand visibility.
Respond to comments, messages and enquiries professionally and promptly.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests and promotional activities.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement and growth.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead-generation and promotional campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats and platform algorithms.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate with valuable communication and creative skills.
1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred.



Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Basic understanding of Canva and video/reel editing tools will be an advantage.
Solid writing, proofreading and content-creation skills.
Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
Valuable organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Candidates who are proactive, creative and willing to learn are preferred.
The person should have following skills
1. Social media management, in and out! Paid unpaid viral everything
1. They should have the basic idea of video production, editing, UX/UI and Aesthetics
1. Should be interested in upcoming innovation and AI trends
1. Brilliant grammatical and communication skills
1. Creative individual with previous experience

Compensation & Working Details Working Hours: To be discussed.

Work Location: Noida – In Person

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
